You’re probably familiar with receiving the standard quarantine report:
However, you may wish to access your full spam listing at any time rather than waiting for the report.
To access your spam filtering account you will may visit https://mailtitan.finishlinestudios.com/ - you may wish to bookmark this.
Optionally, you may also click on the link in the quarantine report:
This is where you can configure your personal email block and allow lists as well as manage your quarantine.
Please note that the password for your spam filter account will not be the same as your email password unless you had configured it that way. If you do not know your spam filtering password you can reset it by using the “Forgot your Password?” hyperlink.
This will send you a password to your email inbox.
Spam accounts need to be manually configured and are created upon request.
