The Ricoh Multi-Function Printer has been configured to use scan to email.


If your name is in the address list you will notice that you can now use the scan to email function.


To do so perform the following.


1. Place scan on scanning bed or in the automatic feeder if you're doing many copies.

2. Press the Scanner button

3. Then Select the Email tab:

4. Select your name from the quick-buttons.  These should already have your email addresses entered.  You will then see your email address in the To: field.  If the address is missing or incorrect please send an email to support@flashtrucking.com

5. Click "Start". This will begin the scan job.  By design the email will not send and give you an opportunity to scan multiple single copies manually if not using the auto-feed.  To indicate to the printer that you are done and want to send all of the scanned copies to your email press the "#" symbol.

6. Check your email inbox.  Sometimes this can take a minute to send depending on the size of the scan job.  You should then see an email from HQPRN103 with a PDF attachment.
