To configure outlook download the Zimbra Outlook Connector (before opening outlook)

Try the 64 bit version first

 Zimbra Connector Outlook (9.0.0.1894) – Windows 64-bit 


Try the 32 bit version next if that gave you an error

Zimbra Connector Outlook (9.0.0.1894) – Windows 32-bit 


Don't use the unsigned ones unless otherwise specifically asked to do so.


The installer will pop-up:

 

Click “Next”

Accept the license terms and click “next”

 

Confirm the installation (if prompted)

You will see an installation complete scree:

Click “close”.

 

Launch Outlook

You will be prompted to create a new profile.  Click “Ok”

Then you will see this screen:

 

Change the email address to the correct address of “username@flashtrucking.com”

Click “Advanced Options”

Then click the checkbox for “Let me set up my account manually”

Click “other”

Select “Zimbra collaboration server”

 

Then click “connect”.

 

Fill out this the server name text field box with “Zimbra.msnwi.com”

Then your email address and newly created password.

Then click “okay”.

Uncheck “setup mobile phone”.

Then click “Done”.

Launch Outlook.


Common Issues:

If you are running into issues with the Outlook add-in be sure to check that your Add-In version matches the server version.


You can check this by opening Outlook, clicking on the Zimbra tab, and clicking on about.  Your client version should match that of your server version in that list.  If not, you will need to update your Zimbra Add-In.


The Major Version (The First number before the dot ".") should match in the Client and Server.

If not, then you can use the "Check for Updates" button to upgrade.

If that fails, then try manually re-installing by starting at the top of this document.
