Purpose of Document: Demonstrate setting out of office
Prerequisites: Email Account
Steps:
Go to https://flashtrucking.com/ click on “Company Email” | |
This will take you to the web mail login page https://zimbra.msnwi.com Enter login information and click on sign-in If you can't sign in try clearing your browser cache https://clear-my-cache.com/en/windows.html If you get a cookie error - enable cookies in your browser https://www.whatismybrowser.com/guides/how-to-enable-cookies/ | |
Click on the “Preferences” tab | |
Then select “out of office” from the left-hand navigation menu. | |
Fill the “out of office” form. | |
Click “Save” | |
Your out of office message is now set. |

If you use the Outlook Mail client with the Zimbra Outlook Connector add-on use the following steps. | Note: If your familiar with the standard location for Out of Office in Outlook it is not in the same location as if a Microsoft Exchange Email server was used. |
Open Outlook | |
Click on the “Zimbra” tab | |
If you do not have this tab contact support@flashtrucking.com |

In the “server” section in the ribbon select “out of office assistant” | |
Fill out the form and click “OK” | |
Your out of office is now set |

You can confirm this by sending an email to yourself |
