Purpose of Document: Demonstrate setting out of office

Prerequisites: Email Account

Steps:

Go to https://flashtrucking.com/ click on “Company Email”

This will take you to the web mail login page https://zimbra.msnwi.com

Enter login information and click on sign-in


If you can't sign in try clearing your browser cache

If you get a cookie error - enable cookies in your browser

Click on the “Preferences” tab

Then select “out of office” from the left-hand navigation menu.

Fill the “out of office” form.

Click “Save”

Your out of office message is now set.

 

If you use the Outlook Mail client with the Zimbra Outlook Connector add-on use the following steps.

Note: If your familiar with the standard location for Out of Office in Outlook it is not in the same location as if a Microsoft Exchange Email server was used.

Open Outlook

Click on the “Zimbra” tab

If you do not have this tab contact support@flashtrucking.com

 

In the “server” section in the ribbon select “out of office assistant”

Fill out the form and click “OK”

Your out of office is now set

 

You can confirm this by sending an email to yourself
