Purpose of Document: Repair Microsoft Office 365 Installation
Prerequisites: Assigned Office 365 license, User Credentials
Steps:
1. Open “Control Panel” by pressing “Windows Key + R”

2. Then, Type appwiz.cpl and click "OK" |

3. Find Microsoft Office 365 – en-us, highlight by single-clicking. Click “Change” |
|
4. Wait while the repair wizard loads |
|
5. Choose “Online Repair” |
|
6. Click “Repair” |
|
7. The repair process will take a while (Grab a cup of coffee) |
|
8. You will notice the repair experience is like a fresh installation. The amount of time it takes will depend on your connection speed and what the issue is |
|
9. When done click close. |
|
10. Restart computer |
