As of June 2022 Internet Explorer will not be an option to use anymore. The IE functions to support legacy applications has been rolled into the latest version of the Microsoft Edge Browser.
Another prerequisite is to open "Internet Options" and add the site URL to the trusted sites list. Then set the security for that zone to the lowest option. This should cause the software utility to work properly. Exact features that this needs requires that some further troubleshooting be done to identify those. In the meantime, setting the security settings low enough for the zone that the site is in will allow all of the necessary scripts to run.
Note: If you are running Windows 11 you will need to open Edge and enable IE mode. Then open the tab in IE mode.

When accessing our recording boxes please be aware that you must manually enter http:// and not https:// to force standard HTTP and not encrypted HTTPS.
