This is mostly caused by Windows 10 Security features:
* Realtime Protection
* Tamper Protection
Press the Windows Key and the letter "R".
A run window dialogue box should come up:
enter "windowsdefender:" don't forget the colon at the end.
Click "ok"
click the "Shield" icon
Click "Manage Settings"
Turn off these toggle switches for each feature:
Test Sage Performance.
