Prerequisites: A TOTP (Time-Based One Time Password) software
There are several options:
Smartphone Apps:
* (Recommended) Microsoft Authenticator - Will transfer via personal Microsoft account when you get a new phone. You do not need to have your old phone to transfer.

Android Play Store Link: Microsoft Authenticator - Apps on Google Play
* (Optional) Google Authenticator - Will not transfer via cloud when you get a new phone. You must have the old phone and the new phone next to each other to perform a QR Export/Import.
- (update 5/29/2023) Google now offer the option to sign-in with an account to sync the data.

PC Apps:
* KeePass XC (for use with desktops)
PC and Hardware Key (most secure):
* Hardware Security Key (YubiKey, Thetis) (for use with desktops but a much improved level of security)
If you do not have a smartphone to use or need to have KeePassXC installed on your desktop while you wait for a hardware security key please contact support@flashtrucking.com and notify the support team that you will require a hardware security token and may need to have the software installed on your desktop.
