To send a fax you can do so entirely via email:
0436 - Main Fax Line
0439 - Human Resources
0437 - Dispatch
If you would like to send a fax without specifying the source, you can do that to, it will default to the configured default of 0436. For example,
Create an email with the recipient:
- <destination_telephone_number>@sendfax.to
This will essentially act the same as:
- 1234567890@9202940340.sendfax.to
If you need to receive a fax, use 9202940436. It can then be emailed to you.
If you frequently need to receive faxes, notify support@flashtrucking.com, and your email account will be added as a recipient for the primary fax number.
Currently, faxes are configured to go to reception. Then emailed from there as needed on a case-by-case basis.
If we receive a massive number of faxes to a particular department or location, we can configure a specific number for it.
