Congratulations on the new position! 

You have been assigned some computer equipment as well as an Office 365 license.  Feel free to use the license on up to a total of 5 computer devices and 5 mobile devices.  The license can be used on personal devices as a member of FLASH. 

First things first, you will need to sign-in to your PC for the first time.  To do this: 

You Must be connected to a FLASH network prior to first time sign-in. This can either be with a wired ethernet cable or via wifi.  If you see this icon, you’re not connected to anything. 

 

If you are using a desktop, plug in an ethernet cable 

 

Otherwise, if you are using a laptop, you will want to click on the globe to open the wifi connection menu.  If you’re wired you will see the icon on the bottom left.  If you’re wireless you will see the signal strength icon on the right. 

 

  • At any computer that is owned by FLASH you can sign-in by clicking on “other user” in the bottom left corner. 

  • Enter your username: FirstInitial+LastName.  For Example, John Doe would be “jdoe”. 

  • Enter your first-time temporary password: “ChangeMe123!” (Case-Sensitive without the quotes) 

  • You can reset your password any time by pressing the “Ctrl + Alt + Del” keys on your keyboard simultaneously and clicking on “Change Password” 

 

  • Open a web browser 

 

  • Go to “flashtrucking.com” 

 

 

  • Sign in with your First Initial + Last Name @ flashtrucking.com 

  • For example, John Doe would be jdoe@flashtrucking.com 

  • Be sure to type the “full email address” and not just “jdoe 

  • Enter the First-Time Initial Temporary Setup Password: 

  • “ChangeMe123!” (Case-Sensitive without the quotes) 

 

  • (Optional) If you encounter an error signing in try cleaning your browser cache then try again. To clean your browser cache.
