Click the "AMS" desktop shortcut or go to http://flashfile/AMSEnterpriseApp/

Note that Microsoft Silverlight that the utility runs on went End-of-Life October 12, 2021 and is no longer supported by Microsoft	You may experience long load times because of this.
Navigate to the SSRS Report Viewer
Expand the "Custom Reports" node by clicking on the small triangle "twisty" to expand out the node.
Now the "Unit Down Time Analysis - FLASH" Report should be visible. Click on the report to open the report form.
Make the necessary selections.  Note that longer date ranges and more vehicles will take longer to generate the report.  For testing use short date ranges and specify a single vehicle.  Once the selections are all made click on "Run Report".
