Step1)  Check the Omnitracs Status Page https://omnitracs.statusdashboard.com/

Step2)  Log into TotalMail02 server using RDP (Remote Desktop Protocol).  Sign in as administrator.  There is a script that will start automatically once a user signs in that will start the agents.

Step3) Open "TotalMail Viewer 2000", searchable by "viewer" as the installed application name and verify that new data is coming in.  New data will come in in order of lowest unit number to highest unit number.
