If you have had a recent password change and you're unable to connect to the SSLVPN you'll need to clear your stored SSLVPN credentials.

There is a quick method and a de facto method to opening the VPN settings.  This document will use the longer de facto method.

Click on “Start”.

Click on “Settings” which is the gear icon.



Open “Network & Internet”
Select “VPN” from the navigation bar on the left.
To connect click on the profile name in this example “Work”.
Click "Advanced Options"

Then click on "Clear sign-in info"
